This includes contacting the other party by email, letter or phone

Signing the Court Form Mediation certificate page if required.
Please note that we require payment at the time of making an appointment before booking the mediator.

Other Mediation Costs
Mediation costs are based on an approximate charge of £100 per hour per person for the mediator’s involvement with you for the mediation and in completing documents during and at the end of mediation (if you agree that these are required).
We will give you much more precise and specific details of the likely costs and charges to be incurred by you BEFORE you start mediation and agree these with you beforehand.
If you are entitled to legal aid then mediation is free. We can assist in checking this with you and although we do not offer legal aid ourselves, we can give you details of where you may access legal aid services.
